1) ZERO KEY RANGE (MANUAL ZERO RANGE +AND – 3% OF MAX CAPACITY) 15kg x 5g
EXAMPLE: + 3% (Positive Side)
1. Power on the scale
2. Scale comes to zero (0.000) weight Display
3. Then you put the 450g on the plate
4. Display show weight 0.450g
5. Now you press the zero key
6. Scale should be zero (0.000) (Don’t take the 450g from the plate)
7. Again you put the 5g on the plate
8. Display show weight 0.005g
9. Now you press the zero key
10. Scale should not be zero
11. Display still show Err —- Massage or beep sound
2) POWER OFF ZERO (3% of MAX CAPACITY)
EXAMPLE:
1. Put the 450g on the plate
2. After you power on the scale. Scale should be zero
3. Display show weight (0.000) (Don’t take the 450g from the plate)
4. Then power off the scale (Don’t take the 450g from the plate)
5. Now you put the another 5g on the plate (Now 455g on the plate)
6. Then power on the scale. Scale should not be zero
7. Display still show Err —- Massage or beep sound
* New condition unload all weights scale is not zero error or ——
3) MINUS TARE KEY
EXAMPLE:
1. Power on the scale. Scale should be come to the zero
2. Display show weight (0.000)
3. Then take of the plate
4. Display show minus weight (plate of the weight)
5. Now press the tare key
6. Scale should not be zero
7. Display show still weight
4) ZERO ADDING
EXAMPLE:
1. Put the 450g on the plate. After Power on the Scale
2. Display Show Weight (0.000) (Don’t take the 450g from the plate)
3. Again you put another 450g on the plate.
4. Display shows Weight 0.450g. Then you press Zero key.
5. Scale should come to zero
6. Display show weight (0.000) (Now 900g on the plat)
7. Now you put another 5g on the plat.
8. Press the zero key. Scale should not be zero.
9. Display still show Err —- Massage or beep sound
5) ZERO COMBINATIONS
EXAMPLE:
1. Display show still weight
2. Put the 450g on the plat. After Power on the scale.
3. Scale comes to be zero.
4. Display show weight (0.000) (Don’t take the 450g from the plate)
5. Then you put another 450g on the plate.
6. Display show weight 0.450g. Now press the Zero key.
7. Scale should come to be zero (Now 900g on the plat.
8. Now take the 900g from the plat
9. Display show weight -0.900g (Minus)
10. Then you press the zero key. Scale should not be zero
11. If be Remove any weight from it between -0.900g to -0.450g it should not be Come zero.
6) TARE KEY RANGE (50% MAX CAPACITY)
EXAMPLE:
1. Power on the scale. Scale comes to the zero.
2. Display show weight (0.000). Then put the 7.5kg on the plat
3. Display show weight (7.500kg). After you press the tare key
4. Scale should be zero. Display show weight (0.000)
5. Then put another 5g on the plate. You press the tare key
6. Scale should not be zero
7. Display still show weight 0.005g. Err — Massage or beep sound.
8. Now take the (7.500kg) from the plate. Display show weight ( -7.500kg)
9. Now press tare key
10. Scale should come to be zero
* New condition put any weights bellow 7.5k
Ex= 1kg put on the pan display 1.000kg press tare key scale is 0.000kg zero, again put 5g display 0.005g press tare key is not zero display 0.005g One Time Tare
Put 1kg 1.000kg press tare key its 0.000 after put any weights not zero Scale should not be zero
7) OVER LOAD CAPACITY
EXAMPLE:
1. Power on the scale. Scale come to the zero
2. Then put the 15kg and 45g on the plate
3. Display show weight 15.045kg. Put the another 5g on the plate
4. Display show weight Err—-Massage or beep sound
5. 15kg + 45g = (9 X5g ) = 15.045kg
8) The Indication of Tare, Zero and AC should indicate on the Display pole both Side. With out pole indication front and back panel
9) Kept test
It should operate both on AC & DC when kept 15kg on the plate for four hours it should not very for more than one division (5g)
10) FULL CAPACITY +9E (9d)
*15kg + 45g = (9 X 5g ) = 15.045kg
*Water level indication I must and it should be there. The print on pole and machine should be as show below
